BIG S.T.E.P.S. U.P. is an organization that believes ALL individuals can be successful in Life. We believe that ALL individuals have the innate ability to succeed in Life.
In order to make dreams a reality, BIG S.T.E.P.S. U.P. creates a volume and variety of Programs and Services to support individuals through school, K-12, and into colleges and universities.
By providing specifically tailored Programs and Services, BIG S.T.E.P.S. U.P. ensures that individuals develop and understands opportunities that foster an educational awareness, access, attainment, and advancement, which in turn enhances the quality of life for all individuals. BIG S.T.E.P.S. U.P. focuses on the holistic development of the individual which includes the academic skills and personal well-being needed to be successful in school, college, and ultimately in Life.

BIG S.T.E.P.S. U.P.’s mission is to empower individuals by exposing them to positive role models, empowering them to take responsibility and ownership for their passion to become successful in a life of learning.

Visionary leadership within the community is a vital component to ensuring that education policies and practices improve not only access to higher education, but equity in colleges and universities. Improving opportunities and paths for educational awareness, access, attainment, and advancement enhances the quality of life for all individuals. BIG S.T.E.P.S. U.P. is a future 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on the development and college preparation for ALL individuals, especially young black males.
